Robyn Olsen-Nicotra is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. She earned her Master’s degree from the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and pursued doctoral training in clinical psychology (Psy.D., ABD) at La Salle University.
Robyn takes an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Psychotherapy, Positive Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through the connection of mind, body, and spirit. She carefully assesses each client’s unique experiences and goals to create a personalized treatment plan that supports meaningful growth and transformation.
Robyn sees therapy as a collaborative journey—one in which she walks alongside her clients, blending their insights with her clinical expertise to navigate life’s challenges together. She has specialized experience supporting clients facing a wide range of concerns, including eating disorders, body image issues, trauma, panic attacks, depression, postpartum depression and anxiety, grief and loss (particularly the loss of a child or loved one), narcissistic abuse, perfectionism, and procrastination. In addition to individual work, Robyn also provides couples and family therapy, helping strengthen connection and communication in relationships.
