Isabella Mabe is an intern obtaining her Master of Social Work degree from UNCW. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from UNCW with a minor in Psychology, where she interned as a victim advocate at the Rape Crisis Center.
Isabella has experience in trauma informed care, advocacy, and crisis management, and has worked in diverse settings with clients of various backgrounds. She has ongoing training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and person-centered therapy, and is interested in working with individuals experiencing eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use.
Her approach is warm, client-centered, and empowering, creating a supportive environment to help individuals meet their needs and improve their overall well-being.
