Chrysalis Center is seeking a fully licensed LCSW or LCMHC (North Carolina license required) to provide outpatient therapy in our thriving multi-specialty practice.
Our ideal candidate is compassionate, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care. While eating disorder experience is preferred, it is not required—we offer strong support and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy for diverse mental health concerns
Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain clinical documentation that meets agency and regulatory standards
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including participation in case staffings
Facilitate therapy groups as part of our IOP programs (if applicable)
Uphold HIPAA, ethical standards, and Chrysalis Center’s mission and values
Qualifications:
Fully licensed LCSW or LCMHC in North Carolina

Chrysalis Center is currently hiring a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition therapy in both outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings. We specialize in eating disorder treatment, intuitive eating, and trauma-informed care, offering a unique opportunity to work as part of an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct nutrition evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Provide counseling on intuitive and mindful eating, nutrition education, and body image
Collaborate with therapists, prescribers, and IOP staff for coordinated care
Offer nutrition support for clients with disordered eating, chronic dieting, and trauma history
Contribute to nutrition programming for IOP groups and supervise therapeutic meals
Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in electronic health records
Support Chrysalis Center’s mission, ethics, and clinical standards
Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) with active licensure in North Carolina
Experience in eating disorder treatment strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with intuitive eating and trauma-informed approaches
