Sara-Ann is a registered dietitian who believes in empowering individuals through their nutrition journey to find food as a source of enjoyment, rather than stress. She leads each session with a positive approach by being there to celebrate clients’ small victories, and to stumble through the hard times together. She believes in helping clients find peace with food through education, challenging diet culture, and cultivating a positive relationship between the mind, body, and food. Her goal is to provide individualized treatment plans with resources and education, allowing clients to find the confidence to develop a sustainable and joyful relationship with food and their bodies. Sara-Ann earned a BS in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky, Lewis Honors College and completed her accredited nutrition internship at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. While at the University of Kentucky, she worked as a certified group fitness instructor for three years. She taught a variety of classes and is passionate about helping her nutrition clients create a positive relationship with movement. Sara-Ann enjoys helping clients recover from eating disorders and disordered eating. She also provides support, education and accountability for people undergoing bariatric surgery.
