Riley is a Registered Dietitian who has experience in outpatient clinics, acute inpatient care, and pediatrics. She is passionate about helping her clients recover from eating disorders by providing them with a trauma-informed, gentle approach to nutrition, movement, and body neutrality. Throughout her education, Riley conducted research surrounding disordered eating in the college-age population, specifically the relationship between ADHD and disordered eating. Her goal is to help her clients find strategies to nourish their bodies and see food as an act of self-care and a joyful experience.
Riley completed her education at D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY, where she received her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has wanted to pursue nutrition as a career, specifically working with eating disorders, since she was a teenager. Riley’s areas of focus are ADHD/ASD, the adolescent and college-age population, and LGBTQIA+ issues. She strives to provide inclusive, respectful care to all of her clients.
