Danielle Couture is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who is dedicated to walking alongside clients through life’s challenges with empathy, creativity, and authenticity. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Studio Art and Elementary Education. Danielle brings a unique blend of clinical training, artistic perspective, and decades of professional experience to her work, helping clients make meaningful and lasting change.

Before entering the field of mental health, Danielle spent over 20 years working in the film and television industry, where she developed a strong sense of narrative, a deep appreciation for the human experience, and a creative approach to problem-solving. Her love of art continues to enrich her therapeutic work, offering clients a dynamic and personalized approach to healing.

Danielle’s clinical style is person-centered and strengths-based, rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. She integrates solution-focused strategies to help individuals connect with their values, build on their strengths, and move forward with confidence. She works with individuals and groups facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including eating disorders, dual diagnoses, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and relationship challenges.

She has a particular passion for working with children and adolescents, drawing on her background as a trained educator to foster strong, trusting relationships with young clients. Danielle creates a warm, engaging environment where kids and teens can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and grow in self-awareness and resilience.
